Rauf Arifoghlu refuses to nominate his candidacy for presidency

"My opinion regarding incorrectness of Musavat party's decision to reject participation in the presidential elections, as well as my statements of thinking over nomination of my candidacy for presidency, has become an object of speculations and, unfortunately, I observe the misinterpretation of my position.

Some people, who are hostile towards me, started to speak of my intentions as of the fact that has come true and as if I fulfill the order of powers, frustrating single position of opposition to boycott the elections", said Arifoghlu.

He noted that refusing to nominate his candidacy, he clarifies the issue in order not to create a stir among the Musavat party members and thousands of Yeni Musavat newspaper readers.
