Meeting of the work group on Caspian status determination put off

The next session of a special work group for definition of the legal status of the Caspian Sea, to be held in Baku on July 23-24, has been put off, reports the press service for the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan.
At the same time, the source noted that the meeting was put off due to the discrepancies in the work schedules of the group members, consisting of deputy Foreign Ministers of the Caspian littoral states. The session of the work group is likely to be held in September of 2008.

The sides will continue coordinating of the text of the draft convention on the legal status of the Caspian Sea.
