Four political parties of Azerbaijan not determined to expand their structure

A session of four opposition party of Azerbaijan was held, according to spokesman of the party for press and agitation Ali Orujev.
He said the session was attended by representatives of the Azerbaijan National Independence Party, Musavat Party, Democratic Party of Azerbaijan and public forum "For Azerbaijan".

The party activists discussed the sociopolitical situation in the country, as well as the forum of the party's participation in the upcoming presidential elections.

"After expelling of the Tereqqi party from the bloc of five, the parties agreed to continue cooperation as a bloc of four. No party currently intends to join our coalition", noted he.

The meeting participants also exchanged views on the growing socioeconomic crisis.

As for the issue, whether the bloc of four will nominate a single candidate for presidential elections, Orujev noted the following:

"At the initial stage of cooperation it was agreed that the parties will not coordinate the activity in nominating a single candidate. Our cooperation envisions closing of common positions of the parties on some issues", announced Orujev.

The next meeting is proposed to be held in the office of the Public Forum "For Azerbaijan".
