Khazar Ibrahim: "Armenia must withdraw its troops from the occupied territories for the Armenian-Azerbaijani border to open"

The issue of possibility to open borders between Azerbaijan and Armenia is too complicated for not only Azerbaijan's will is required, said spokesman for Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibrahim during today's briefing commenting on the possible opening of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border.
"We must not forget that a greater part of the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia is under occupation. Armenia must withdraw its troops from the occupied lands for the Armenian-Azerbaijani border to open.

As for possible opening of the border between Turkey and Armenia, the basis for the Azerbaijani side are official announcements of Turkey. Turkey and Azerbaijan are friendly and brother countries", said Ibrahim.
