"We will mark this date in the city organizations, like in previous years. Particularly, in 2007 we decided to mark the anniversary of the party in Quba.

The party activists have visited this region, but we were not allowed to hold the actions by the complete program.

This year we are also planning to mark this date in a similar format.

It is planned to hold conferences in the regions. But they will not be held all on the same day. As is known, the party's organizations were not created simultaneously in all regions. We created them partially and the party will hold them on this basis.
