Mazahir Panakhov: "Presidential elections will be declared in late July in Azerbaijan"

As for international organizations, which will observe the elections, he noted that only three structures in Azerbaijan have a right to invite international structures to observe elections - Milli Medjlis, Foreign Ministry and Central Election Commission.

"Being the central election commission, we usually invite representatives of the Central Election Commissions of other countries, as well as structures, directly engaged in elections. I think we will have no problems with it", said Panakhov.

He noted that such organizations as OSCE, Council of Europe. which were observing previous elections, will be invited this time.
