Deputy Jamil Hasanly asks parliament speaker to appeal to President of Azerbaijan with request to pardon three journalists

Representatives of Azerbaijani authorities start to admit that imprisonment of three journalists affects the international image of the country, said deputy Jamil Hasanly at the plenary session of Milli Medjlis.
Addressing to speaker Oqtay Asadov, he asked him to appeal to the President with a request to release three imprisoned journalists,

"Pardoning of the three journalists will not have a negative impact on the security in the country. Therefore, it is possible to appeal to the head of state with a request to pardon these journalists", said he.
