President of Azerbaijan congratulates Portuguese counterpart on Day of Portugal

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today sent a message of congratulation to President of Portugal An?bal Cavaco Silva on the country`s public holiday, Portugal Day, AzerTac reports.
"I am sure that Azerbaijan-Portugal relationships based on friendship and cooperation will continue to develop and expand in line with interests of our peoples," said the President in the letter.

Azerbaijani leader wished his Portuguese counterpart good health, success in his activities, and friendly people of Portugal stability and progress.
