Hikmet Hajizade: "Azerbaijan should express its attitude towards Vasili Istratov's acknowledgment"

"Azerbaijan should express its attitude towards acknowledgment by Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasili Istratov of the fact of conclusion of an agreement of one of the cities of Russia's Vladimir oblast with one of the cities of Nagorno Karabakh, which is an occupied lands of Azerbaijan".

The due announcement was made by famous political scientist Hikmet Hajizade, commenting on the announcement of Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasily Istratov that one of the cities of Vladimir oblast concluded an agreement on cooperation with one of the cities of Nagorno Karabakh.

"In particular, the Foreign Ministry may make a special statement or send a note on it, which should state that the very fact of such an agreement by one of the cities of Vladimir oblast with unrecognized formation called "Nagorno Karabakh Republic" is evaluated as disrespect to the territorial integrity of our country.

We must react to such facts", said Hajizade.
