Mubariz Ahmedoghlu: "Azerbaijan can give oil and gas to Russia and not join any military bloc for liberation of Karabakh"

He noted that Azerbaijan's positive response to Russia may promote correction of the country's energy policy and Russia may strike a deal with Azerbaijan in the resolution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

"I think Azerbaijan can give oil and gas to Russia and not join any military bloc for liberation of Karabakh without war", said the political scientist.

He considers that Azerbaijan can put its own provisions, especially for restoration of the sovereign rights of Azerbaijan for Megri railway and return of Azerbaijanis to their historical lands in Armenia.
