President of Azerbaijan congratulates King of Norway on country's Constitution Day

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a message of congratulations to the King of Norway, Harald V, whereby the Head of Azerbaijan State extended his best wishes on the country’s Constitution Day and expressed hope for friendly relations between the two countries in the years ahead.

President of Azerbaijan wished the King of Norway robust health, success in activity, and his people – peace and prosperity.
