Ramiz Mehtiyev: "Army should be beyond politics"

The Constitution of Azerbaijan fixes that army should not interfere with the political processes, ongoing in the country.
The due announcement was made by head of Azerbaijan's Presidential administration Ramiz Mehtiyev, according to Day.Az.

"Army's interference with the election process, including political processes, is incorrect. I think the army should be beyond politics", said he.
