Musavat party files claim against Baku city administration

Head of the Central office of the Party Arif Hajili told Day.Az that they filed the said claim because the city administration has violated the law "On political parties".

"The party intended to hold a meeting on May 4, yet the Baku city administration, violated the requirements of the law.

We were allocated a place, where we did not want to hold a meeting at all. The party does not intend to accept it and in this connected it seeks justice in the court instances", he noted.
