NATO experts to arrive in Baku to improve airport in Nasosni settlement

NATO experts will be visiting Baku on May 8-9 in the framework of individual program of "Partnership for peace", between Azerbaijan and NATO, to improve airport in the Nasosni settlement.
Novosti-Azerbaijan reports with reference to the press service for the Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry that trainings for air force officers will be held in Izmir by a group of mobile training of the component command staff of NATO air forces in the framework of the said program on May 6-9 in Baku and familiarization courses for staff officers will also be held.

Trainings on field artillery will be held in San Antonio in the framework of the program of Partnership for Peace.

In line with the signed plan of bilateral military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Romania, courses NATO orientation will be held in Bucharest on May 5-30.

In line with the plan of bilateral military cooperation signed between Azerbaijan and Turkey, courses on special training of first rank divers will be held in Istanbul from May 5 of 2008 until March 13 of 2009.

In line with the plan of bilateral military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia, a work group of experts to share experience on PARP and IPAP execution will be held in Baku on May 7-9.

It should be noted that the events will be attended by Azerbaijani servicemen.
