Azerbaijan, Montenegro sign protocol on establishing diplomatic relations

Azerbaijan and Montenegro have signed a protocol on establishing diplomatic relations.
The due announcement was made by the press service for the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that the document signed in Vienna on April 24, envisions fruitful cooperation between the two countries and strengthening of friendly ties for the interests of the two peoples.
