Araz Azimov: "Azerbaijan supports sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia on the principle basis"

Day.Az correspondent has appealed to deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Araz Azimov with a request to comment on the situation in the conflict regions of Georgia.
"Azerbaijan supports sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia and calls on all countries to promote the peaceful resolution of conflicts in Abkhazia and South Ossetia in the framework of the internationally recognized borders of Georgia.

There is a need to avoid the actions which may raise tensions in the region", said Azimov.
