Ukrainian Ambassador to Azerbaijan: "Appearance of conflicts is connected with the lack of resources and existence of forces, supporting separatism"

The due announcement was made by Ukrainian ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan Stepan Volkovetsky at an international conference on "Principle bases of the resolution of conflicts in the GUAM states", held in Baku.

The Ukrainian diplomat noted that there is not a single solution of all conflicts, while existence of ethnic diversity can not promote them.
