The Muasir Musavat party has started active meetings with voters.

Party chairman Hafiz Hajiyev told Day.Az that the recent meetings were held in Qazakh, Ganja, Zagatala and Geychay.

"The next meetings with voters will be held in the northern regions of the country in late April. We have already contacted the representatives of the executive powers of the said regions and they permitted our meeting with voters by preliminary talks.

The main purpose of these arrangements is to inform each voter about the platform of our candidate", he noted.

Following the meeting, the party representatives will leave for country's south.

The party chairman also added that an election campaign team for participation in presidential elections has already been created under the party.  Bayram Yadigarov, head for steering issues of the political structure, was elected its head.

Commissions for agitation works, work with female voters, financial issues and work in the regions have been created under the team.
