The due announcement was made by Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
"No precedents in other regions can change the reality, existing here", the deputy minister said.
"On the other hand, Armenia should think over what it losses and what it obtains and the conflict will not be settled if this principle is not observed and Armenia will have to live in the threat of war with Azerbaijan. This is primarily in the interest of the Armenian people", he noted.
Commenting on possible meeting of presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia before the forthcoming presidential elections in Azerbaijan in October, Azimov announced: "First, Azerbaijan must agree to it, second, no such proposal has ever been received and, third, preliminary consultations are needed before the meeting and proposals of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs should be received".
According to the Deputy Minister, it is possible to speak about the meeting only after the execution of all provisions. "On the whole, possible meeting of presidents should not be ruled out", Azimov noted.
