A session of the Subcommittee on Trade, Economy and related legal issues between Azerbaijan and EU will be held in the capital city of Azerbaijan on February 28.
The due announcement was made by a source from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economic Development, Day.Az reports.
The session will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development, state institutions and delegation of the European Commission.
The session participants will discuss issues of the execution of due articles of the agreement on Partnership and Cooperation signed between Azerbaijan and EU, overall assessment of execution of commitments, undertaken for 2007 under plan of actions in the framework of the Policy of European Neighborhood.
During the meeting the sides will touch upon the issues of trade, investments and economic cooperation.
It should be noted that the subcommittee on trade, economy and related legal issues between Azerbaijan and European Union is one of the joint bodies of Azerbaijan and European Union, created in the framework of an agreement on Partnership and Cooperation, signed between Azerbaijan and European Union in 1996.
