OSCE Chairman-in-Office and US Secretary of State discuss Nagorno Karabakh conflict

Foreign Ministry of Finland told APA that they touched upon the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

They noted that the forthcoming presidential elections in both countries may weaken the process of settlement.

Ilkka Kanerva and Condoleezza Rice consider that OSCE should encourage the parties to continue the negotiations.

OSCE Chairman-in-Office also said he will soon visit the South Caucasus.
