Azerbaijani Parliament to ratify joint declaration of Azerbaijani and Turkish presidents during its spring session

Day.Az reports with reference to the press service for Milli Medjlis that the agenda of the first session of Milli Medjlis includes ratification of a joint declaration of Azerbaijani and Turkish presidents.

Notably, the joint declaration reflects the sides' attitude towards the PKK terror organization along with issues of cooperation.

In line with the procedure, on the first day of the spring session, the deputies will adopt the working plan of Milli Medjlis and the new composition of disciplinary and accounting commissions of the parliament.

Moreover, the agenda includes introduction of amendments and alterations to the law "On auditing service", "On state service". "On land reforms", "On state property register", "Regulation on auditing chamber", "Regulation of serving in the bodies of communication by courier" and "Regulation on sailors' identity cards".

The parliamentarians will start discussing a draft law "On creative people and creative unions".

The deputies will also adopt the "Work plan on long-term economic cooperation of Azerbaijan and Turkey", "Intergovernmental contract on cooperation and partnership of Azerbaijan and Turkey", "Joint declaration of presidents of Azerbaijan and Croatia", "Mutual encouragement and protection of investments by Azerbaijan and Croatia".
