Despite this, the Dalga activists decided to hold the action by any means and gathered in the appointed place.
One of the activists put on Mamed Emin Rasulzade's mask and pretended to be a monument at the place where the fountain has recently been established. The movement representatives put flowers to his feet. The Dalga activists began to throw rose petals into the fountain, thus demonstrating that Mamed Emin Rasulzade's memorial must be established on that place.
After the flowers were laid near the fountain, policemen came up to the activists and carried 11 people to 9th Sabail police station.
