CoE Cabinet of Ministers to hear Thomas Hammerberg's report on observation of human rights in Azerbaijan

The report of CoE commissioner for human rights Thomas Hammerberg will be introduced in late February of 2008.

APA reports with reference to T.Hammerberg that the report will touch upon the observation of human rights in Azerbaijan and will be presented at one of the sessions of the CoE Cabinet of Ministers.
