Eldar Sabiroglu: "We should ask personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Anjey Kaspshik about the sense of the OSCE monitoring on the frontline, which is declared in advance"

The due announcement was made by Eldar Sabiroglu, spokesman for the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan.

He said ceasefire was mainly violated in the Agdam, Fizuli, Terter and Khojavend directions.

"When the monitoring is planned, Armenians stop firing at the positions of the Azerbaijani armed forces and resume it upon the completion of the mission. Both sides report casualties. I think, we should ask Anjey Kaspshik about the sense of the OSCE monitoring on the frontline, which is declared in advance", he said.
