President of Azerbaijan signs order to create Baku Branch of Moscow State University

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today signed an executive order on establishment of the branch of the M.V Lomonosov Moscow State University in Baku.
The due information has been provided by the press service for the President.

The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to settle issues, connected with the opening of the aforementioned branch and create its material and technical foundation within its powers.
