Rauf Rajabov: "Mass medias of Armenia and Azerbaijan must transform the image of an enemy into the image of a rival"

The said opinion was expressed by the military expert of Azerbaijan Rauf Rajabov.

"The enemy will never become a partner. There is a golden mean between a partner and an enemy-a rival. It is normal to be a rival. It is good and must not bother, while it is not possible to negotiate with an enemy.

How do you imagine a dialogue between two enemies? At the same time rivals try to find common points", R.Rajabov said.

Answering the question about the possibility of the transformation in the near future, R.Rajabov noted that it is real and added: "I do not state that we will become brothers tomorrow. It would be ridiculous".
