Kazakhstan appoints new ambassador to Azerbaijan

Kazakhstan appointed a new ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan.
By some reliable sources, the  said mission will be fulfilled by Serik Primbetov.

The Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan has already received his credentials.

Primbetov Serik Dostanovich was born in 1948. He graduated from the Almaty Instutute of National Economy and is a doctor of economic science and a member of the International Economic Academy "Eurasia".

He has occupied positions of the deputy chief for CIS affairs of the presidential office and cabinet of ministers of Kazakhstan, adviser to Kazakhstani President, as well as national coordinator of Central Asian cooperation and been the deputy secretary general of EurAzEs for the past 5 years.

The ambassador is expected to arrive in Azerbaijan early next year.
