“I thought we could meet at the next meeting of the Monitoring Committee next week. But she is not likely to attend the meeting. Therefore, I will contact her through the secretariat or by telephone and determine the date for our visit to Azerbaijan,” he said.

Andres Herkel considers the visit can not be postponed.

“A decision should be made. It is very important,” he said.
