Oktay Asadov: "Parliament is responsible for postponement of debating of education bill"

Speaker Oktay Adaov spoke on the education bill in today's meeting of the parliament. He said the parliament is responsible for postponing debating on Education Law.

"The government is not guilty for this. We want the law to be more perfect. This draft education law had some gaps. We were not able to fill those gaps yet."

Oktay Asadov said replying to MP Panah Huseynli's speech which said Finance Ministry is responsible for the delay on the approval of the education blll which does not want to allocate funds for that, APA reports.
