Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights to visit Azerbaijan

Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Thomas Hammerberg is planning to visit Azerbaijan early in September.

Negotiations are being carried out with Azerbaijani government on the visit at present. Though Hammerberg's visit to Azerbaijan was scheduled later in May, it was postponed afterwards. APA
