Ramiz Mehdiyev: "Mixed-member electoral system can be applied in Azerbaijan depending on the opposition"

"Mixed-member electoral system will be applied in Azerbaijan when there is an opposition with cultural thinking and democratic values. We will possibly debate on these issues in the next five years," head of President's Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev said.

He also said that Azerbaijan and Venice Commission will continue negotiating on the amendments to the Electoral Code in Strasbourg, APA reports.
