Press Council to consider YAP's appeal on Azadliq newspaper

The Council received the appeal, the commission members are investigating it at present. Amashov said the representative of YAP and newspaper will be invited to the meeting of the commission.

"We will make a decision after examining the appeal on the base of definite rules," he told the APA.

Ahmadov stated that Azadliq newspaper in its edition published on May 15 under the title of "$90,000,000 bribe was given to the Aliyevs according to oil agreements," this year, insulted honour and dignity of Azerbaijani President, and in Mirza Sakit's poem and in the article "Blue prostitutes" published on May 16 insulted several YAP representatives and asked to prevent the newspaper from such things.
