Judge Ilham Agayev said Huseyn Abdulayev's guilt was entirely proved. The charges under articles 127.2.1, 127.2.3 and 221.2 of the Criminal Code are right and punishment should be applied according to these articles. The court takes into account Huseyn Abdulayev's social activity, being characterized positively and his activity as a parliamentarian.
Huseyn Abdullayev faced charges under articles 127.2.1, 127.2.3 and 221.2 of the Criminal Code and got 2 years suspended sentence according to article 66.3 of the code. The court passed a decision on abolishing the verdict on his arrest and released him. An appeal against the court decision can be filed within 20 days. Huseyn Abdullayev was released soon after the trial. His relatives met him in the front of the court.

Guler Ahmadova told the APA that the court's decision is objective. She said the parliament will consider whether he will remain a parliamentarian or not.
Fazail Agamali also regarded the decision as objective. "Huseyn Abdullayev apologized to me and parliamentarians. I forgive him and want this unpleasant incident to be forgotten. We were reconciled. We are not enemies," he said.
MPs Fazail Agamali and Huseyn Abdullayev had a conflict at the parliament's sitting on March 16. Fazail Agamali appealed to the law enforcement bodies and said that he was offended and underwent physical pressure.
The parliament annulled Abdullayev's parliamentary immunity at Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov's demand.
