Azerbaijan is to open Permanent Representation to Dagestan this year.

Dagestan's Minister for national policy, information and external affairs told that two parties reached an agreement on this during Dagestan’s president Mukhu Aliyev's visit to Azerbaijan.
 
Official bodies of Dagestan is about to end debates on it, APA reports.
 
Azerbaijani Permanent Representation will be based in Mahachkala.
