Security Minister requests UN office to help release Armenian-captured Azerbaijani soldier

Azerbaijan's National Security Minister, chairman of the State Committee for Prisoners of War, Hostages, and Missing Persons Eldar Mahmudov raised an issue at UN office in Azerbaijan on release of Azerbaijani soldier Samir Mammadov, who has been captured by Armenians.

The State Committee told the APA Mahmudov at the meeting with UN Resident Coordinator for Azerbaijan Bruno Pouezat asked to help release of the captured Azeri soldier.

Yesterday Samir Mammadov's parents have met with the minister and asked him to help release their son.
