Jordan to open Embassy in Azerbaijan in May

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Jordan Elman Arasli told APA charge d'affaires will carry out diplomatic corps' mission in Baku. Elman Arasli said Jordanian government is to appoint its Ambassador to Azerbaijan.

"When Elmar Mammadyarov visited Jordan, the two sides discussed the details of opening Jordan's Embassy at Baku. Jordan is expected to open the Embassy in May. Abel Adalyekh, who is arriving in Azerbaijan on Tuesday, will provide Embassy's full functioning. As the Embassy does not have its private premise, it will function in the rented building for some time," the ambassador said.
