President Aliyev receives former Romanian President

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received former Romanian President and the honorary chief of Social Democratic Party Ion Iliescu.

The head of the State expressed his satisfaction with Iliescu's visit to our country for participating in the OIC conference on the Role of Media in the Development of Tolerance and Mutual Understanding.

Iliescu stressed the significance of the international conference held in Baku.

The successful development of Azerbaijan-Romania relations have been stated at the meeting, APA reports.
