Appeal on Rizvan Talibov's arrest to be considered

The appeal filed against the arrest of Rizvan Talibov, chief of the Defense Committee of former Health Minister Ali Insanov's rights, head of the Unity of Returning to Western Azerbaijan, will be considered on Friday, said Telman Novruzzade, lawyer for Talibov.

Talibov faced charges on Article 221.2.2 (hooliganism) grounding that behaved like a hooligan towards Ilham Sharifov in Baku-Sumgayit bus on April 19.

Sumgayit district Court sentenced Rizvan Talibov to two-month imprisonment. APA
