Nasimi district Court appealed on ex-minister's detention

Nasimi district Court has been appealed as the term of imprisonment of former economic development minister Farhad Aliyev expired.

Ramiz Mammadov, lawyer for the former minister told the APA that as Aliyev was arrested 18 months ago he has either to be released from the detention place or the prosecutor's office has to take step regarding restoration of his right to freedom.
