UN special rapporteur on freedom of opinion and expression to visit Azerbaijan

Ambeyi Ligabo, UN Special Rapporteur on freedom of opinion and expression will visit Azerbaijan on Tuesday.

The main aim of Ligabo's visit is to attend international conference "Tolerance and mutual understanding."

He will also have meetings with Justice Minister Fikret Mammadov, ombudsperson Elmira Suleymanova and other officials. APA
