Sulheddin Ekber: "Rasul Guliyev has to return to Azerbaijan if he wants to join the presidential elections"

Commenting on Rasul Guliyev's statement on his participation in the elections, Ekber said that it impossible to carry out strong election campaign without being in Azerbaijan. Sulheddin Ekber said that it is early to discuss the cooperation of Musavat Party with Rasul Guliyev in presidential elections.

"I consider that all democratic forces and candidates should do their best for establishing democratic situation in the country. It is impossible to achieve progress without just elections. Discussions on candidates and alliances can be held only if we achieve it," he told the APA.

Rasul Guliyev supported Musavat leader Isa Gambar's candidacy in the 2003 presidential elections.
