Committee against Torture to apply to int'l organizations

Azerbaijan Committee against Torture intends to apply to international organizations to draw world's attention to Armenian vandalisms committed against Azerbaijanis in Guba region in 1918.

Committee chairman Elchin Behbudov told APA he will apply to all international organizations involved in fighting torture. "I have decided that this vandalism committed by Armenians after I talked to local people and saw dead bodies. Guba residents said their elders were aware of the burial places and read prayer every time when passed along the place."
