Court proceeding on Ali Insanov's claim against Ali Ahmadov fixed to April 24

Preliminary court proceeding on former Health Minister Ali Insanov against Ali Ahmadov, Deputy Chief, Executive Secretary of YAP (New Azerbaijan Party) was held today in Sabail district Court.

Agaveys Shahverdi, lawyer for Ali Insanov told the APA he petitioned for Ali Insanov's participation in the court proceeding and the petition was granted. The court proceeding has been fixed to April 24.

Ali Insanov accused Ali Ahmadov of libeling him and demanded his refutation.
