Working Group on improvement of Criminal Code gathered

The meeting of the working group, established at Supreme Court, on reforms to Criminal Code of Azerbaijan has been held on Tuesday.

The experts of Council of Europe, head of Supreme Court Ramiz Rzayev, Judges of Supreme Court, experts of President's Office, Baku State University, Council of Europe Secretary General's Special Representative to Azerbaijan Denis Bribosia, officers of General Prosecutor's Office and lawyers took part at the meeting.

The CE experts recommended making amendments to Azerbaijan's Criminal Code in 2005. Working group was established to study out those recommendations, to work out proposals and submit them to Azerbaijan's parliament. APA
