MP Fazail Agamali called to Prosecutor's Office

The lawyer said that though Huseyn Abdullayev was examined basing on his petition, no judgment has been given about the results.

Parliamentarian Fazail Agamali has been called to General Prosecutor's Office. The parliamentarian linked it with the investigation, APA reports.

Court proceeding on the appeal filed against Nasimi district Court’s decision on Huseyn Abdulayev will be held on March 30. The appeal asks to release Huseyn Abdullayev on bail or, there might have been a decision on house arrest.

Fazail Agamali and Huseyn Abdullayev had a conflict at the parliament's sitting on March 16. Fazail Agamali appealed to the law enforcement bodies and said that he was offended and underwent physical pressure.

The parliament annulled Abdullayev's parliamentary immunity at Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov's demand.

A criminal case has been launched against him on Article 221.2.2 (hooliganism) and 132 (beating). Huseyn Abdullayev is being kept in Bayil Detention Place #1.
