Court of Appeals dismisses Ali Karimli's appeal

Azerbaijan's Court of Appeals presided over by judge Mirza Tagiyev dismissed the appeal of the chief of Azerbaijan Peoples Front party Ali Karimli for Nasimi court's decision.

The court passed decision to keep the decision of Nasimi court in force. As Nasimi court dismissed Ali Karimli's claims on issuing national passport, party leader appealed to the court of appeals. APA
