Russian Federation Council and Azerbaijani Parliament to sign memo

Russian Federation Council and Azerbaijani Parliament are expected to sign a memorandum on cooperation during the visit of the chief of the Federation Council Sergey Mironov to Azerbaijan.

The main aim of this visit is to expand interparliamentary relations. Sergey Mironov will convey Russian President Vladimir Putin's some messages to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

Mironov will visit Azerbaijan on March 27-28. APA
