NATO Secretary General's Special Representative visits Azerbaijan

Robert Simmons, NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia has arrived in the Azerbaijani capital, Baku.

Simmons will meet with the graduates of NATO Academy in Azerbaijan on Thursday, foreign ministry's press center told the APA.

NATO representative will also meet with Defense Minister Safar Abiyev and Emergencies Minister Kamaladdin Heydarov. He will be received by Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov on 17 March.

The visit of the NATO representative aims to get acquainted with the implementation of the Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP).
