Court dismisses Sardar Jalaloglu's claims on Rasul Guliyev's supporters

Member of Organizing Committee for Congress of ADP Taliyyet Aliyev told the APA that Yusif Kerimov in his letter sent to the party, writes that inter-party problems should be settled by means of regulation. That is why the judge considered it important not to discuss the issue in the court. Aliyev said that Jalaloglu will re-appeal to court.

The claims against Rasul Guliyev's supporters - Akif Shahbazov, Aydin Guliyev, Zamine Dunyamaliyeva, Yagub Abbasov and others have been dismissed in Narimanov Court. The court considered it right to consider all the cases in the same court.

Sardar Jalaloglu appealed to Sabail, Narimanov and Binagadi courts against above mentioned people.

Commenting on the claim rise against Akif Shahbazov in Binagadi court, Aliyev noted that the trial is presided over by Judge Madina Bagirova. Because of health problems of the judge, the case has not been considered yet.
